Horrible service. Lady at the front desk was extremely rude. She started yelling and called me unprofessional. I called in previously and got an estimate of about $20 then she tried to charge me 80. She proceeded to follow me outside and video me leaving. Ultimately she was immature, childish, and overall a nuisance. Please don't give them the time of day.
AMAZING SERVICE FROM CARMEN. She was able to understand my situation. Able to help me withing the process of the installation and keep me updated with anything and everything about my vehicle. 10/10 highly recommend them for their service and their commitment to customers!
Replaced a double glass patio door. They're "D" best!! From the 1st call to them (Carmen), they were very detailed. I called all their competitors in the RGV. Only they returned my call. The techy is a very knowledgeable young man - 2nd generation, so no wonder. Very clean - brought their own special vac for the glass, conscientious about fitting, clean up, installation, final appearance (factory light tint - I didn't even know). Asked me if I was in a hurry they could deliver it faster less the insulating gas between the double pane glass; but it helps keep the house cool -again I didn'tknow; recommended to have the gas in there, which I agreed to. They had to special order the glass with the gas- 2 weeks later- DONE!Overall, 10 ****.God bless America Eagle Glass.
They were very timely and kept me posted as to appointment time and arrivals.I worked with Carmen over the phone and Robert & Sam were my technicians. They were all 3 a pleasure to work with. I will use Eagle Glass again and would recommend to anyone wanting quality glass work.
