Mitchell was professional. Did awesome job. Put up shower glass, glass in cabinet doors, and even fixed an old cabinet by putting new glass in it. 5 star. Trustworthy. Fair price.
The reception is very unprofessional. I’ve called this businfor two weeks straight to get my window repairs in my home, she said I’ll take down your information and call you back with a date. Finally after 2 weeks of hearing the same thing and no one ever calling me to schedule the install she says “ if you would like to choose some else I’ll completely understand”! With no explanation on why no one ever called me within 2 weeks of waiting
Called for estimate on replacing my windows on entire house. They came out and measured. Now it's been over a month a no estimate. I called and was told I would be called back. Still have not been called. No explanation given. I would rather someone tell me we can't do it. Or don't want to. Very disappointed
