This was my first time using Underwood Door. Our door was originally installed by their competition years ago and consequently they were always the first call for repair. I rolled the dice on another vendor and man did I hit the jackpot!Jesse with Underwood came out and took care of the broken spring AND corrected issues with our door that have been there since installation! It runs smoother than ever....I can't say enough about his professionalism, work ethic and subject knowledge. He made short work of the repairs unlike previous visits from the national company in town.If you need repairs or service give them a call, you won't be disappointed.
Jesse and John came today to service my garage door that was not closing or opening reliably. They came the same day I called with a problem, gave me an appointment time (no waiting all day), called to verify, and were here exactly when they said they would be. Both men were hard-working, knowledgeable, and just plain nice. They gave an estimate first, then serviced my garage door, fixed the problem, and charged a reasonable amount for the work done.
