It was a timely project but I appreciate the communication. The gentleman who installed was a pleasure and very efficient. And quick.
The new door is poorly aligned ie. not plumb. Dead bolt not aligned correctly so it binds. There wide gaps between door and weather stripping. No door sill was installed. Home Depot didn’t respond to these issues. I can see daylight where weatherstripping meets door such that draft is very prominent leading to cold drafts into the house.
The gentleman who came for our door replacement thru the whole house did such a great job and were very polite and considerate the whole way through. Very please with their work and saw 1st hand how they did it all with care and skill. Thank you so much for sending such a great crew. Would definitely recommend that team any day . Great job guys
Very happy. The door installer did a great job replacing the door jams and installing entry door and storm screen door. Very thorough, quick and left the area all cleaned up.
Very easy to schedule, the installer was wonderful, job done well. Really made my life easy and worth every cent. Very reasonable price for install. Guy came to measure first so I could get the right door — glad he did because it was like an inch off from a standard size which I didn’t realize — then he brought the new door, installed, and took away the old one. Check that project off my list!
