The team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable about the products and installation process. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was done right.

The installation crew worked efficiently and kept the workspace clean throughout the project. The quality of the impact windows is outstanding, and you can immediately notice the difference in both noise reduction and overall security. Everything was installed carefully and looks great.

What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They made sure everything was sealed properly, tested the windows, and walked me through the final results before leaving.

I’m very happy with my new windows! We had a difficult opening—a wooden-framed window from 1956—that several other companies refused to handle. Prestige not only took on the project but exceeded our expectations.

Santiago, the sales representative, was outstanding: responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. Daniel, the project manager, kept everything moving smoothly with quick and clear communication. Pedro and the installation team did exceptional work, showing great skill and attention to detail.

Overall, the service was excellent and we’ll definitely work with them again. The only downside was the long lead time (about five months for manufacturing), but the final result was absolutely worth it. Thank you, Prestige!
