Other customers describe sales visits continuing after they declined: one says a representative kept talking despite repeated refusals and no-soliciting signs, while another says representatives harassed an older neighbor for hours after being told to leave, and the reviewer called police.
Customer Reviews

We had a very pleasant experience with the gentleman who helped us pick out the new shower, the safety bars and the fold up seat, as well as the other fixtures and the glass doors. He spent quite a bit of time with us explaining how the company came to be and that the contractors who are to install the shower are trained by Sentrel who offers a lifetime warranty on their products and the installation of the shower. Very impressed with both companies as well as our sales person.
