We are planning on selling our home soon and the NW Pro Remodeling team did a great job of walking us through the cost and scope of the various home improvement projects, recommending both cost effective and high quality solutions to a number of items that needed to be addressed before putting our house on the market. The team did great, high quality work in the agreed upon time frame. Additionally, the team was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and were able to make a lot of great recommendations throughout the project. We are extremely satisfied with their high quality work, attention to detail, and great customer service. We recently bought an older home and needed help with updates to the property. Tanner and his team were extremely helpful at creating a plan that fit my needs, scheduling around my time , and staying within my budget. I am extremely happy with our new updated kitchen and bath remodel along with new flooring. It was quite a large project and Tanner remained communicative during the entire process and ensured a clean finish. I would recommend his craftsmanship to anyone.

Tanner was extremely helpful to me in repairing my bathroom garden window area and replacing tile. He worked on the project almost two months, as I was able to use another bathroom and that allowed him to work on simultaneous projects for other clients. He removed the garden window, removed and cleaned the moldy area and replaced the window and all the surrounding tile, which was considerable. He touched up any paint that was disturbed and generally left the inside and outside of the area he worked on looking as if there had never been a problem! I was beyond happy with his work, work ethic and demeanor.

Tanner stayed in communication, he kept to his promised schedule and completed the work on time. Everything they did was done professionally and we are very happy with the workmanship. Hiring a contractor is one of the riskiest aspects of a remodel. We did a lot of research before getting 3 quotes. Tanner was on time, provided a written detailed quote, and advice on permits. He offered options to save labor costs and clearly explained the areas where costs could increase. Our first floor remodel started the week after the COVID-19 Shelter at Home orders started. Tanner worked with us on a plan to increase safety including using a smaller crew and disinfecting surfaces nightly. When our cabinet order delayed completing the job, Tanner was flexible and continued to make progress on the rest of the project. In the end, his quote was within 5% of the original and within days of the original timeline. He also has very high standards on quality. Very impressive results considering we worked through a global pandemic! You have to make a lot of decision when remodeling--flooring, paint color, counter tops, cabinets, etc--there is no question we chose the right contractor.
