HHI Windows and Doors

From start to finish the whole team at HHI windows and doors were incredible. Reasonably priced (I got 4 quotes), friendly, professional and responsive! The day of installation they were amazing, it was not an easy process at all. The windows and door were 3 floors up and it was all one piece, they worked so hard and the result is fantastic.

After over a year of renovations this was the easiest part!!

Such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The back off ladies are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and I enjoyed speaking with several of them (Pam, Robin). They are great communicators, kept us updated all the time. So important that customer service aspect. Tanner & installers professional and the patio slider looks amazing. Will definitely use them when I look to replace my front door.

Back in 2020 and at the end of 2022 we had all of our exterior windows and doors replaced by what was then Holiday home improvements. It is now HHI windows and doors. That includes a wall of windows, all hurricane glass, multiple sliders, hinged windows, exterior doors, and exterior front door. We had a great experience then And have enjoyed our high-quality windows and doors and installation.

For the last two years, our front door somehow was making a horrible squeaking sound and was badly out of alignment in multiple orientations. Weatherstripping was rubbing off, etc. Steven just came and spent a good bit of time reworking the door, jams hinges, etc. etc. using lasers, measuring ciphering, etc. and got the door perfectly aligned , reinstall the weatherstripping and it now opens flawlessly and silently. My husband and I are engineers who are both very handy, and if this had been an easy fix and adjustment, we would have corrected it and in fact, we had tried multiple times. This required a professional and expert, and that is Steven. Love to brag on folks when they excel and their skills knowledge and professionalism bless other people. Another great experience with this group of people.
