Cody Farrier went above and beyond the call of duty. He was our Sales Representative but he did far more than just sales. He drove 2 hours to our home to answer questions we had about the operation of our new windows. Then he had a 2 hour drive back to his office. Our home has 40 year old Pella windows and brand new Pella windows - all great. Thank you, Coby!!
I needed 3 windows replaced in advance of a deck renovation. Matt was my salesman. He was professional, timely, and courteous. He responded to emails quickly and answered his phone when I called. I was out of town for the installation, but when I returned home my beautiful new windows were installed by Dave Gannon and his crew on the day I had scheduled more than 2 months in advance. They talked to me on the phone and were 100% professional. The windows arrived earlier than predicted and installation was scheduled at my convenience. I would use Pella of Bluffton again. It is so nice to deal with a company that does what they promise.
We couldn't be more delighted with Pella and the finished product at our home. Matt was very helpful in advising us on our project and offered us an alternative option which not only saved us money, but enhanced the view from our living room. We replaced 3 sets of french doors with 2 sliding doors. Although this required removing two columns and building a new one, our installer Dave accomplished the project in less than a day and a half. The before and after photos attached demonstrate the successful completion and our satisfaction.
