Working With Sanctuary was/is promising so far, Alex was nice enough to walk me around their showroom demo (I came un-announced) and have me better understand the difference between impact products. After getting quotes from USA Windows & Doors and Prestige Windows & Doors I tried seeing what more of a small "Family Owned" (as all companies like to advertise) company would offer me. It was actually much more robust products + a cheaper subtotal, love it! I later on met Alex's son which was actually the person I've talked to on the phone previously, sweet kid with much more knowledge comparing folks from other companies (not hating)!Loved the French doors by MrGlass, as I understood they are made with much more metal material (or made from better material, forgot which one) and are a platinum choice.Hopefully, everything will go as it started, can't wait for my house to have an upgrade! Will update the review after installation but so far, I'm a bit more happy than I probably should be.
Alex was very professional & accommodating when requesting his presence to my home for questions & concerns; he displayed such patience. Although the arrival time of the windows were beyond his control, he continued to keep me abreast. My windows & doors are amazing and I’m happy with my selection choices.
They were very professional and did a good job installing my windows and French door. The original installation of the door wasn't quite right, but they fixed it when the fault was noticed and made sure that it was corrected. It took a while to get the last couple of windows in stock thanks to the current situation of the country, but they were great with keeping me updated on the progress and making sure I wasn't forgotten. Very happy with the finished product!
This is an amazing family run business, you speak to the owner throughout every stage of the installation process. They do excellent work and the windows they install are sturdy beautiful beasts. I am very impressed with the product they sell, the installation process, the great attention to detail in getting all of our permits submitted and getting the inspection passed the first time!!!
