I want to let you know I am very disappointed with the whole experience with your company. All of the employees I have dealt with including your self have been very nice. I wanted to start by saying that. I know mistakes can happen but what was a couple days to fix the glass has turned into three weeks. I feel I’ve been very patient and under standing. But now they took my window completely out and just put in glass. This is not what we wanted or paid for as you see in your original invoice. I was told I still had to pay for this glass but at a discounted price and would have to be charged for what I originally wanted and from what the tech said it would have been cheaper to hust replace the glass. I will pay the $200 invoice because I pay my bills. But I won’t use your service again and I will be leaving a review. Please look at what I got instead of my glass replaced. Scam company… They came to my house and gave a quote over the phone for $200 cash to fix the sliding door, the technician damaged the frame of the sliding door and left and called the office to say the appointment was canceled. I called to the office and the person on the line says she cannot pass me to the manager and I will receive a call… They haven’t called me and they are not answering my phone call either, I had to use I different phone number to call and get someone on the line… Stay away from this company…
Horrible experience, the tech was great as a person however the door is trashed, doesn’t work like it used to. I had to help carry the door and remove doors as they only sent one tech to do a very large slider. there are gaps in the seal around the door and frame is all bent because tech used pliers to bend out the corners and now the door does not slide smooth and I had just had the rollers replaced two months ago now the door rides rougher than ever. I feel So bad for the tech as he didn’t really know what he was doing sent to do job by himself.
My repair guy did not come to play! He was knowledgeable, precise, and efficient. He had all materials and equipment needed for my door. A bit pricey but worth paying to not being aggravated.Note: I have the original customized door that was installed when the home was built.
