Door was purchased in 2025. Attempted to pick up the door on behalf of the owner for several months. Left messages with Kurt and Mario along with the general customer service line. No response. Wouldn't recommend them to clients.
This company did not want to repair my windows that we paid over $15,000 for in 2020. Their installers used a cheap fiberboard instead of solid lumber and knew the material would be exposed to rain and not suitable for the exterior. Shame on them! The GM Mario Garcia refused to repair the damage. Do not hire them. You will regret it.
Great install team: Jonah, Nick, and Ralph did a fantastic job as scheduled: They replaced the original windows installed in 1988 - it took them 4 days to install 15 windows and three sliding glass doors. The team was fantastic - friendly, respectful of the property, and did quality work. They cleaned up after themselves and had the trash, including old windows and screens removed from the property daily.The windows are fantastic - sound attenuation means my dogs don't panic when the fireworks start. I also got dog doors on two of the sliding glass doors so the dogs could manage their own needs without me getting up to help them in and out.All the widows and screens seal tight so I don't believe the centipedes, B-52 cockroaches, and mosquitos will be a problem anymore. The house geckos may have to move on too, since their food chain is interrupted.The UV rating helps keep the sunlight from baking the interior of the house.Overall, this was a good investment with immediate benefit.
Outstanding service, Outstanding Product.The entire process working with Mario and Kurt from the sales team, Amanda from the office admin, and especially the install team (Justin, Eric, and Emai) was an absolute blast.Fast, professional, and educational!
