I have bought windows from American Window Manufacturing for over a year now. The quality of the windows is fantastic and the customer service is on top of their game. When I have had to make last minute orders, they have been able to help. My rep Jefferson Fernandez is always available when I call and very helpful. I would highly recommend working with Jefferson and American Window Manufacturing.

I've worked with dozens of window suppliers over the last 25 years, and American Window Manufacturing stands head and shoulders above the rest. They've become my go-to for every project—new construction, multifamily builds, you name it.The product quality is exceptional, and with fast turnaround times they keep my schedule on track (often just 2 weeks or less—game-changer for builders). What really sets them apart, though, is their factory-direct pricing—no middleman markups means I get premium windows at prices that actually make sense for the bottom line. It's rare to find this combination of top-tier quality and great value. A huge shout out to my sales rep, Jefferson Fernandez. Jefferson is professional, responsive, and genuinely knowledgeable—he listens to what the job needs, offers smart recommendations without pushing unnecessary upsells, and follows through on every detail from quote to delivery. His exemplary service has made working with AWM a pleasure every single time. In an industry full of headaches, Jefferson and the team at American Window Manufacturing deliver reliability and excellence.Hands down, the best window company I've had the pleasure of working with. Highly recommend them to any builder or contractor looking for quality, speed, and fair pricing.Would definitely use again (and already have—multiple times!)

Great Windows, Great Service! A huge S/O to our sales representatives Caleb. We’ve worked with Caleb on numerous projects and have ordered many windows. His knowledge, communication, and willingness to help have been outstanding every step of the way. Caleb truly understands the needs of new construction projects. Working with him has made our process smoother and more efficient, and we look forward to continuing to do business with American Window Manufacturing.

Great quality windows! The gas and electric bills went down since the first month of installation. During the winter the houses feel warm and during the summer they feel cool and pleasant. American Windows Manufacturing is an excellent and economical option. I recommend them 100%.
