We just finished the installation of our new windows from American Vision Windows today. I can't begin to tell you what a great company they are and what great people work for them. Beginning with Jay Childress, the Senior Sales Consultant, to Hugo, the scheduler, to the installers - Octavio, Jose, Michael and Alexis, they did a fantastic job. My wife and I are thrilled with the finished result! We would recommend American Vision Windows to anyone looking to upgrade their home's windows to a beautiful new product. My dad had a Whirlpool walk-in bathtub installed by American Vision Bath & Windows (yes they also install walk-in bathtubs). I helped my dad through the process. While we were happy with the finished product (4.5 stars), we were very disappointed with the installation process (2 stars). We were told that the installation process should take about 2 days. It actually took over 2 months and separate 3 trips to complete the installation. The initial installation took 3 days. They had to come out two additional times to complete the installation, because they did not order the correct shower/bath wall panels. The crew that did the initial installation did not bother to cut out the existing bathroom window in the new shower wall panel (see pics below) and my dad did not have access to his bathroom window for over two months. My dad is 86 years old and elderly, as I’m sure are most of their walk-in bathtub customers. Elderly people don’t need or deserve the extra aggravation. Also, be sure to have a 40 gallon water heater if you don’t displace a lot of water. My dad is about 135 lbs. and initially had a newer 30 gallon water heater and it was inadequate. He subsequently had a 40 gallon water heater installed. Dominic (the salesman) was very helpful and kept us informed throughout the process.

We recently replaced our entry and French doors and we’d highly recommend American Vision Windows(AVW) without reservation.Ski was professional, friendly, responsive and good to his word. The crew, led by Sergio & Jesus did a fantastic job on the installation and Valentine & Henry were awesome on follow up and making the last adjustments.Though a little expensive, the value of their experience, professionalism, and quality products outweighed this.
