Kenny is a remarkably talented and skilled fabricator and builder. His understanding of these complex bifold glass walls was very impressive. He came in after somebody else’s work that was substandard and reworked everything to operate like a Precision machine.And he was super fair on the price All around a magnificently positive experience.

Almost a decade ago, we were remodeling our home in Huntington Harbour. A complete “to the studs” rebuild of a midcentury house. We really wanted bifold doors to showcase our view of the water, but we were over budget and needed to save money on the final finishes. I was sourcing a lot of the materials for our general contractor in order to save cash. I found Beachside on craigslist, and I spoke with Kenny and had him come over to the project. After meeting Kenny , my contractor and I decided to give him the job. I believe it was Kenny ‘s first major job, and I am proud to be one of his first customers. The doors came out great, we got many compliments on them, and more importantly, after 10 years they are still as good as the first day they were installed. Over the years Kenny has never hesitated to come over and make some minor adjustments as needed. I’ve recommended Beachside to many of my friends, and all are as happy as I am with the final product.
Beachside Concepts did an incredible job on our new accordion style door. Kenny ordered it and it came in as estimated. The installation went wonderfully and then we had him order and install the special screen which is amazing! We love it! All around it was a wonderful job and adds so much to the house!
