C&M is a family owned business in Huntington Beach. Patrick is the sales guy and leads the work crew ( unlike most large window companies where a sales guy sells you the windows and you never see them again.) He is very knowledgeable regarding new window installs. I had 15 large wood windows replaced on the front of my beach house, 5 on each of the 3 levels. It was a big job requiring scaffolding to take out the old windows and replacing them with Milgard vinyl windows, not a simple retrofit that most window companies like to do. The work crew was a well organized team, both pleasant and polite as they worked through the house. C&M pricing for the work was very competitive and I am very pleased with the results.

They cancelled on me the day of the appointment to get a window estimate. Sick installer. They rescheduled for the following day. Ok i can understand that. Things happen, people get sick. But After they come out to do an estimate i never heard from them again. Left few messages and no response, no estimate, no follow up, no anything. Terrible business. Would obviously never use them again
I recently ordered a Milgard replacement sliding screen door ($149) from C&M. The new door did not fit properly due to the Milgard's new part ordering system. Patrick went the extra mile to resolve my issue and came out on two occasions. He installed the new door and took away my old door at no extra cost.Truly First Class service!
