I got a pair of front doors with a window above. Cunningham Doors & Windows did an outstanding job. They sent two guys and it took two days. They even repainted around the opening to make sure everything matched and looked great. I love the new doors and window. It lets in so much natural light without feeling like you’re living in a fish bowl! (know body can see you inside)

They did my windows years ago in my Walnut home. We had retrofit windows installed and the crew was courteous, cleaned up every day, and did a beautiful job. When our renters moved out of our rental property in Lakewood, we contacted Cunningham to do those windows. In truth, we did not interview any other window installers to get quotes. We drove down to the Santa Ana showroom and met Eric, who showed us the window selection. We scheduled a time for him to come out and measure and do a quote. The house was built in 1952 and current county rules require upgrade to allow egress. Since the house was under extensive renovation we decided to go with new fin construction. The first estimate was for a better window from Milgard but Eric felt that the windows would not pass inspection. He spent several hours working on a solution for our windows which would stay within our budget. We ended up going with another Milgard window and were able to get the windows that would pass inspection. However this did require new fin windows and this was a big job. There were 11 windows, included a garden window which had to be taken out and an arch window that needed resized. This was not a small job. There was lots of work tearing out the old windows and then putting new boards in and the new windows in. The inside trim work also had to be done as this was also torn out. The team could not have been more professional. They showed up at the appointed time, put paper down and covered areas for debris removal. They worked fast and they cleaned up after themselves. All in all, this job took about 6 days total. Eric worked with the city of Lakewood to get the permit and answered all of my concerns and questions even on days he did not work. He could not have been easier to deal with. The job turned out beautifully. There was major stucco repair and they did a great job on that as well. I have recommended them many times in the past. These guys are really good at their jobs.
Looking for a front door landed us in Cunningham Doors. Beth was our consultant and she patiently went over all options with us.We selected a door and Jim, their field rep, visited to confirm the specific options since ours is an older home.The door came in on time and the installers were scheduled the next day.Needless to say that they were one the most professional crews that I have come across.The door was installed on time and the results are astounding.Thank you Cunningham Doors for making this a pleasant experience.
