He was very prompt in replying to all my texts and was professional and courteous in all communications. He emailed us a formal quote before the work began and a written receipt document after the installation. Andrew came to measure our foggy double pane window and the glass was ready in less than a week, as promised. Andrew came back to install and the new glass unit is beautiful and clear. It fits perfectly in our window frame. We are extremely pleased and glad that we chose Double Pane Doctors and would highly recommend them to friends and family.
