Had A++ experience with Ultimate Installz.I have Fleetwood sliding glass doors and a hinge door and 7 years after installation, various doors were no longer operating optimally, and one door had never actually worked properly and I was told by Fleetwood years ago that it was an installation issue. Fleetood referred me to Ultimate Installz and they fixed every issue, including the one that was supposedly not fixable. Eli and Jesus were the technicians and they were so professional, thorough, focused and took the time to walk me through what all the issues were and how they were resolved. The office team (Phoebe) is also great, solid communication throughout with an eye to detail. Highly recommend this company and wish I had called them years ago!!!!
Wow. Excellent service. Truly! My Dad’s home has big, heavy, custom glass and aluminum Fleetwood front doors. Over several years, the main door was starting to lean a bit due to frequent use and settling, so the hinges needed adjusting. Ultimate Installz to the rescue! The duo-team arrived on-time, in uniform, and were very friendly and quick to diagnose our front door problem. They fixed the door very carefully and tidily, and they explained each step in detail. We were super-impressed with their professionalism, and now our front door is just like new. Thank you so much!!
