A couple of months ago I had the pleasure of working with Window King. From the start of our working together they displayed EXCELLENT Customer Service. Calls Returned within 5 to 15 minutes by Joe the Business Owner, In Home Appointment was kept on time, not rushed and all questions answered to my satisfaction. I took advantage of the 10 Window Special, but was so impressed ordered a few more that also needed replacing. Since the installation of all windows (several months later) I ran into a glitch with the Sliding Glass Door Lock, I called Joe explained the issue and he scheduled his installer Daniel right away, Daniel arrived the next day assessed what the problem was and fixed the issue. When needing work done on your Home, a High Level of Customer Service is Priceless. They've earned a customer for life!
My experience with Window King was great from the start. Joe addressed all of our concerns and answered any questions we had about the installation of our new retrofit windows. He was patient while he worked with us to make sure we were comfortable with price and the quality of the windows before moving forward to the next step. After installing was done my family and I were very happy with the final product. Our new windows make our home look great. They’re clear, easy to open and close, and we couldn’t be happier!
Joe delivered on all his promises on our 12 window and 1 sliding door replacement journey. From first point of contact up until the end he was very quick and offerred the best price for what we were looking for. Windows delivered and installed as promised. They look absolutely wonderful and the quality is second to none. Daniel and Enrique were the installers and they did a meticulous job and each and every window. The windows were sealed in 4 different ways to ensure air tight finish. My only regret is that I didn't replace one big window but after seeing their work I am gonna call Joe to replace that one as well. I am very picky but Joe and his team were more picky then me, quality work. Highly recommend to anyone!!
