5/5 stars – each star for customer care, product quality, atmosphere, speed, and value. I called Glass Doctor of Huntsville for a cracked window and they sent a mobile technician the same day. The appointment fit my schedule, the crew arrived on time, were very courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. The window repair was done right the first time and the whole process was hassle free. I especially appreciated how easy it was to get the service without any paperwork or delay. Highly recommend for anyone needing glass repair.

Glass Doctor of Huntsville is amazing! We called to have a windshield replaced before traveling, and they were able to get the new windshield delivered from their distributor within 1 day. The installation happened the next day! They were so very friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised at the affordability. I can’t recommend them enough! 6 out of 5 stars!!

I walked in not knowing what to expect and left feeling impressed and taken care of. The technician was very helpful, friendly, timely and explained everything clearly as well as a great conversationalist. The repair was done quickly, looked professional and cost far less than I thought it would be (even though I had a zero dollar deductible through insurance). I especially appreciated how reliable they were- there were no surprise fees and the technician made sure the rock chips in my windshield were done properly- he even let me know that the rock chips that were already there and had been done by another company were not done well. If you need a windshield repair or any window repair, Glass Doctor of Huntsville is the hassle-free choice. (Picture just because) ?? Highly recommended!
