We are building a new house and purchased all of our windows from Sierra Pacific Windows with our salesman Daniel. We decided to have our bifold doors fold in instead of out.
I contacted Daniel to see if that was possible, he said he would contact his technicians and get back to me. He informed me that we could replace the frame and then we could use the same doors. We then replaced the frame, but the technician apparently didn't realize that it wouldn't work because the rod is off-center in the doors. At this point, their technician came back out, and he realized that the rod and the door was offset and the doors would not close properly. He said that two of the four doors had to be replaced. At this point, Sierra Pacific doors stepped up and took
responsibility and paid for the cost of the new doors.

When we purchased our current home, we completely remodeled inside and out. Our first project was to replace all the windows. After being referred to Sierra Pacific by a previous customer, we met with Steve Hernandez. We liked him immediately! Steve is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the burden from us of having to figure out sizing, dimensions and other things we know nothing about. He patiently explained the process from start to finish. He kept us apprised of every detail and was here during the installation to ensure nothing would go wrong. He has a good rapport with the workers (window installers) and it is obvious they all share a common goal of 100% customer satisfaction. We are thrilled with our triple and double pane windows. Our home stays cool in the summer, and warm in the winter. Outdoor noises are completely muted out to give us peace and quiet.

We are so grateful to have met Steve and appreciate his thoroughness and follow up to ensure our complete satisfaction with this massive project.

A job excellently executed from beginning to end.
