Foggy Window replaced glass in 6 window for me. Their service was professional. They measured each window and installation went perfectly. They provided a 10 year warranty on glass and installation for each triple pane window, which other providers said was impossible. The price structure was $2300 less that Statewide. I would highly recommend Foggy Windows if you need to replace the glass.
This is an email sent to Foggy Windows on 9/3/2025 after several attempts to contact them with no response to date. I paid $2,700 for the windows that are now cloudy, spotty, and foggy – they are under warranty and this is a clear sign of poor customer service and complete disregard for replacement obligation. I also attached a read receipt to this email which was never opened or read. Proceed with caution when doing business with this company!Mark,I am sending this email to clearly document our business agreement for windows (3) I purchased from you, and that you installed, at my home on June, 6 2020. Attached is the original contract which includes a 10 year replacement warranty should the windows cloud or leak or any issues arise. I initially contacted you 14 months after the windows were installed informing you that the seals on all the windows were compromised and were retaining moisture between the glass – we talked, you reiterated that I have 8 plus years left on the warranty, so we decided to wait until a future date for the replacement.Fast forward to present day – the windows are now noticeably worse and are clearly an issue (see pictures below). I contacted you 7/7/2025 to schedule a time for your son, Anthony, to come to my home and asses the windows, which he did on 7/10/2025. He verbally confirmed to me that yes, the seals were indeed defective, and the windows would need to be replaced and would be covered under warranty. Anthony informed me you would be in touch to discuss next steps for scheduling and replacement.I did not hear from you, at all, from that moment forward. I have called and left 4 voice mails to your mobile on 7/30/20205, 8/12/2025, 8/20/2025, and 9/3/2025 – none of these calls have been returned by you or a representative of your staff.
Had a choice to spend 30 plus thousand replacing windows decided to just replace glass with foggy window repair. Pricing was great and workers did a great job highly recommended for one window to the whole house. Made the house look wonderful. Thanks Paul to you and your crew. Greatly appreciated
