Bought windows from them. First winter couldn't figure out why two windows kept frosting worse than the other ones. Figured high humidity. Then mold grew inside the window panes. Within a year. Was busy with finishing my house so it went to the backburner. After a year or so when my house was finally finished tried getting a hold of them but no answers. Now 7 years later decided to take apart the window and find out why there's mold inside only to find out they snapped the glass when building the window and at hidden perfectly behind the strip that holds it in place. Now I see why these two windows in my house were always the coldest. No argon gas in between. Wish I got a hold of them sooner since I doubt they would warranty a window over 7 years later because of my own procrastination on getting a warranty repair on their mistake when building the window.

Very friendly staff. Able to accomidate multiple window repairs for me over the years. Reasonable prices, i paid $80 bucks for a broken window glass replacement. It did take 2 weeks but it makes sense because they had to order it.

They told me 4 weeks and it was only 3. They loaded the windows into my vehicle with a smile and a wish that I have a good day.
