I did half of my house with this group and they were lovely to work with. I was in a position to do the other half, I called hoping to get my same sales rep who was awesome. He has retired and the whole group is different. They demanded to come measure my windows again (they measured the whole house once the first time). I obliged so i could get accurate pricing. I also asked if it is one price per window regardless of size and was told no (seems odd, I know, it was odd to me too when I bought the first batch for $400 per window, regardless of size). They came and measured. I asked the guy at my house to stay with me as I have large bread dogs in the house, which he acknowledged. Next thing I know the guy took off down my house on his own, and i told him to not go across the house til I could go with him. I got a call today with the quote for the windows, and low and behold it was all one price per window. When I raised this with the manager at Window World for clarity, I was told to go buy my windows somewhere else. Absolutely their right as a business, but the way this went down was very shady and then when I want clarity on the quote, i was told to buy somewhere else. As a repeat customer. Be very careful dealing with these folks as they are up to something shady.

We have replaced windows in four houses through Window World of Jackson, TN, and they have always been great. This last time was even better! Alexander and his team arrived and worked all day in the heat to replace 31 windows on our 1937 home. Theu did a superior job! The windows matched the wood trim on the inside perfectly. One window had a manufacturer defect which Alexander reported and they are coming today to replace that. I have never had any problem with getting service when needed. I highly recommend. (And ask for Alexander!)

This was my third time purchasing windows from Window World. Again, they lived up to my expectations. I knew exactly what I wanted and the salesman did not pressure me into anything I did not want, I was able to finance without a hassle, and as usual, I was impressed with the installation. Alexander was my installer and he communicated with exactly when he would arrive, got to work right away, and when the job was completed, everything was clean. My window sills were probably cleaner than they were before the installation! I recommend Window World because the process of purchasing windows is simple and no pressure, financing is available with no interest, all of the people I spoke with are professional, and the installation was quick and clean. I will always use Window World whenever I need windows.

Please excuse our mess, as we had moved furniture and had curtains and blinds around had them standing everywhere so the guys could work. But these guys were awesome! They arrived a few minutes early, hit the ground running, worked nonstop and removed 13 windows and installed my new ones perfectly in 5 hours! I was in awe! They were very respectful of our home, cleaned up every scrap of debris and took it with them left not a speck of mess! My windows are beautiful and I’m highly satisfied. They checked & re-checked to be sure everything was okay. These guys knew exactly what they were doing! Awesome job! Thank you Window World. And they were SO nice!
