Jack Morris an Auto Glass Now Company

They are just awesome! Called and gave all info to schedule for a full windshield replacement. Was able to get appointment same week. The gentleman was nice and quick and the work looks great! I ended up paying out of pocket because it was cheaper than my auto deductible ($500) Only thing is the gentleman said it was already messed up but I don’t recall if it was or not. He said he think it may had been from the snow and ice but I truly don’t recall. Either way we will get it fixed.

They sent out a glass technician to replace my windshield, this past Friday(2/27/26). The young man’s name was Tony Gray. He was well-mannered, pleasant in conversation and instruction. He was appropriately dressed and represented your company well. Give this man more than a pat on the back………customer service is always important, but as I age(61), I find that younger generations don’t quite understand that importance. This young man does……he is doing his best, building a future for his wife and family. Jack Morris Glass has always had wonderful people giving great service. Started driving at 16, I’m now 61 and have had to have windshield replacement 4 times throughout the years and Jack Morris Glass is the only company I have ever used. Customer care/service, best products, quality work and mobile tech convenience is exactly why they have been in business so long. Thank you, Marion Davis.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a windshield crack repaired. They promptly got to it and I was on my way in 30 minutes. The price was good, especially after they told me about my insurance discount that I was not aware of. Could not have asked for more. I will return.
