I typically do not post reviews on a company but this one I had no choice. I had called two different companies earlier in the week looking for a quote to replace some broken glass panes in a commercial building. The first company had me quoted within 2 days and seemed reasonable, but I always like to get at least 2 quotes. Today is Friday so I called Thomas Glass to see if they had an update or quote ready for me. The guy who answered had very little customer service skills. I was told that it normally takes two weeks to get quotes back to customers and after questioning why it would take so long, he stated that if I needed to carry my business somewhere else that he would suggest I do so. All I could say was "wow!" Didn't do business with them so I can't give a negative review on their installation services, but if its anything like their customer service "BUYER BEWARE!" And don't even bother calling unless you have a month for a BROKEN WINDOW replacement. Very disappointed.
