I had a new garage door opener and safety sensors installed in January 2025. Now 9 weeks later, the sensors have quit working and Tull will not take care of it without a $135 service charge plus parts if needed. I don’t think that’s good business! I won’t use them again!
The Customer Service at Tull Brothers is awesome. I had what I thought was a difficult job but they made it so easy and fast. The receptionist (wish I had gotten her name) was awesome and the gentleman cutting my glass was so helpful and did a great job!
Came same day repaired our 16x7 garage door and made all adjustments for it to raise and lower like new. Very knowledgeable and friendly
Duck and Mark came out to do my repairs. They understood my two problems, told me what they would do to fix it before starting, and did what they said they would do. Very professional at the same time fun and joking, my kind of people. Rate was more than fair and I'll recommend Tull Brothers to ANYONE. My go to company if I ever need door work/repair again.
