Reviews
What customers say
Two customers praised product quality: one noted fit and finish, while another praised the workmanship of a basement hopper window with a built-in dryer vent. That second customer said the window performed perfectly. One customer says she could not claim a tax deduction after learning the company was not registered as an energy-efficient company; another reports waiting over five months, then finding air leaks in every window and moisture between the glass less than five years after installation.

I had a few questions for the company. I called and got a real person Right away. Caryn Was able to answer all my questions in a fantastic way; all companies should have customer service this great. She was patient, Knowledgeable and super polite. An asset to Ideal Window Co. I would give 10 stars if it were an option. **********

I bought one window. I paid $3000.00 for it. It was and energy efficient window. So I would be able to claim it on my taxes. When I filled my taxes I found out they are not a registered energy efficient company, so I couldn't take the deduction.

Edit for thier response: ITS BETWEEN THE GLASS!!! NOT INSIDE!!
These windows are absolute junk! We had to wait over 5 months to get the windows due to supply chain issues. Ive had issues since install! The rep came to my house and said they are installed properly and my house is "vapor locked" and has too much moisture. He had no way to test the air! Less than 5 years later, every window leaks air AND I now have moisture BETWEEN the glass!! But the windows are JUNK!

An excellent experience from start to finish. My local independent window contractor strongly recommended Ideal Windows to replace our 30+ year old original wooden framed windows.
The fit, finish and quality is above expectations and we’re already experiencing a savings in our summer utility bills.
We strongly recommend you consider Ideal Windows before signing with the heavily promoted companies. You’ll get as good or better products at a more reasonable price.

We purchased a basement hopper window with a dryer vent built into the window. It took me 2 months to find a quality manufacturer who made this type of window. Thank goodness for Ideal Window. This window performs perfectly, and was exactly what we needed.
Window quality and workmanship is excellent.
