One of my windows started sliding down and wouldn't latch at the top. I called several places that refused to come to my area or said they don't do repairs. When I called Unique, they asked me to send a video of the problem. They told me what was wrong, confirmed they could fix it and gave me a fair price. My windows are old and when I can replace them, I'm calling Unique since they took my smaller job, gave me a fair price and Yaz was awesome!

Refused to replace a balcony door that would have been over $3,000, that the condo said was the reason my floor was destroyed & water leaked to downstairs. Quinto said there was nothing wrong with the door & relacing wouldn't fix the leak. He showed me many areas on the cement between the bricks that were cracked & letting in water. He said it needed "pointing", removal and replacement of the cement between the bricks. AMAZING honesty and professionalism.

Our experience with Unique Glass and Doors was fantastic! We ordered a custom service window and had a frame and glass replaced. Quinto was very responsive and his team did a great job with the installation—polite, professional, and efficient. Although we had a minor issue with the doors alignment and lock, Quinto worked diligently to address it until we were happy. Overall, a solid five-star service!

These guys installed a storefront glass and framing for me. It was reasonably priced and installed in a timely matter. They did a great job. Overall happy with their services. I will def recommend and use them for any future projects.

My home is very old and the apartment entry doors are the solid wood doors with the long glass inserts from at least 50 years ago. Someone with bad intentions broke the whole center of the glass. I had an exposed door with broken glass everywhere and an emergency on my hands.
I contacted Quinto in the morning and told him what happened. He got to house on the same day, gave me a reasonable quote and replaced the glass within a few hours of speaking to him. He was straightforward, honest, quick, and got the job done with fair pricing. He did not try to hustle me. Excellent customer service and I will call him again for any glass or window needs in the future. Thank you Unique Glass and Doors!
