The Window Professionals Jupiter provided amazing end to end service. To begin with they spent a bunch of time helping us select the right windows and front door for our home. We had many design issues relating to our home that needed to be discussed and a solution found. They patiently helped us work through these issues. They answered all my questions about windows and energy efficient options.

When the new windows were delivered the installers were on time and friendly. They were very good about scheduling appointments for work and showing up at those times. At the end of each day the work site was cleaned up. The plastic sheeting was removed. Nothing was left to be in the way of our day to day living.

The installation of my new replacement windows was a real process that took several visits. My house, it turns out, had stuccoed styrofoam instead of real walls in places. The installers discovered this and brought it to my attention. The installers had to remove the stuccoed styrofoam, reframe the area properly, attach plywood to the framing , apply stucco and then paint. This is a process that takes time. The stucco needs to dry sufficiently before it can be properly painted.

They also found that the roof in one spot was supported in a corner by a small wooden pole that was rotting and was undersized to begin with. They replaced that pole with an appropriate strong aluminum pole that will last the life of the house. Then they built the proper surrounding structure, stuccoed that and painted it.

At one point a window ledge under one of the old windows collapsed. They rebuilt the ledge then stuccoed and painted it as well so the new window was properly supported.

There were several other minor issues that the install team addressed as well.

We had no idea about all of these problems with our home. I was really glad I selected Window Professionals to choose my replacement and oversee the installation. They made sure all of these repairs were made properly. Then the house was ready for the installation of my new windows.

All of these and other things were done by the firm that Window Professionals suggested.

The install team to great care to keep the house as clean as possible. Plastic sheeting was put up every time they did work on the house. This kept dust and dirt from getting everywhere. And it kept our air conditioning from trying to cool the outside in the heat of the summer. The team left the house spotless each time they visited.

Window Professionals also dealt with the HOA and POA to make sure we did not violate any association rules. Once the windows were installed we were thrilled with them. And so was the HOA and POA. As you may know associations can be a problem to deal with.
