Called for service on doors and windows they installed and never got a call back. Not a warranty deal either. Guess they were too busy for me. Terrible customer service...The account is under my wife's name which is why they have no record of me, but it went down exactly as I described it.

From the beginning, the experience was spot on. I wanted the windows in by a certain date and that’s exactly when they were in. The show room was awesome to be able to see what was going to be installed. We were blown away by the awesome crew that showed up to install Our sliding glass doors, French doors and window. Even after we paid in full, I needed some touchup work and it was done the very next day. It’s always a pleasure when people deliver what they say They can do!!!!

Exceptional Service and Flawless Execution – Highly Recommend!
We had an outstanding experience with Window and Door Design Center. From start to finish, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and customer care. After extensive research, we found WDDC’s pricing to be among the most competitive in the industry—without sacrificing quality.
Our project involved an international export, which added layers of complexity, but the WDDC team handled everything with precision. They ensured that all measurements were exact, and impressively, our entire order of doors and windows was completed a full month ahead of schedule.
Special thanks to David and Sara, who were an absolute pleasure to work with. Their expertise and proactive communication made the crating, delivery, and international shipping process incredibly smooth and efficient.
If you're looking for top-tier quality, competitive pricing, and a team you can trust with both local and international projects, look no further than Window and Door Design Center.
