I give Hanson's a 4 star rating, not because of the workmanship, which was excellent but because the bill was so sparse in content. The installers, were excellent , and were done in a bit over 4 hours, from tub removal to finsh caulking. Just an excellent job!!
The bill however, was sparse in content and gave us no indication of what the cost breakdown migt be. I felt it was up to the estimator to so.. Perhaps trivial but spending over $15,000 dollars to get the job done seemed like it should have required a bit more written information on what cost breakdown would be. We felt that the person that looked at our bathroom and gave us the first pass on money costs should have given us a reasonable upfront explanation, in writing, of the eventual dearth of the actual costs. When we asked about this, we were told that this was the way it had always been done.

Very happy with the triple pane windows, the salesman showed me the efficiency I get for just a little bit more money. The lifetime warranty was a seller to me along with the professional install was very clean and tight. They use rubberized chalk that will not need to be re-clocked in the years to come. I thought the encasement was very tight with the wrap.

Fantastic Roof replacement! We recently replaced the roof on our house and decided to use Hanson's for the job. They have a very good reputation and they are not a fly by night company. We had a very positive experience from the initial meeting to the very thorough cleanup after everything was done. The materials they used were very high quality, with a very good warranty. The installation team was very well trained and did a terrific job. I absolutely know that our roof will last for many many years. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company who has been around for many years, offers a fair price and uses high quality materials!!

TERRIBLY INCOMPETENT. DO NOT HIRE HANSON'S!

I hired Hanson's to replace my roof. A $10,000 job paid in full. Within 3 months, two separate and distinct leaks formed, causing black mold and interior damage.

I called Hanson's to send for this repair. They put me on the schedule, and during the appointed time, the tech never showed up. No call, no email, nothing. I was ghosted. I had to call Hanson's back and wait another few days till someone could actually show up.

When a roof tech finally showed up, he assured me that the roofing issues were fixed. That was false. The photos show the technician completely missed the gaps in the boot around the PVC pipe. Because there was water dripping down from all the rainfall, I had to climb on the roof and see for myself what was going on. After calling Hanson's AGAIN to see what could be done, all they said was they could fix the roof and anything else was not their problem.

Because of the water damage, I had to get my home insurance and a water remediation company involved as well. Both those entities were professional, competent, and expedient. Hanson's has been none of those things. They are a poor quality company that cuts corners to save money and refuses to remedy any issues that they themselves cause due to their incompetence.

I regret ever hiring them. No accountability or quality whatsoever. For a $10,000 project, this is unacceptable.

Do better, Hanson's. Because of your gross negligence and incompetence, I will never hire you again and I've told family and friends to never hire you.
