I needed an insulated window for the attic. Mike took the order while he was busy in the field, placed the order shortly thereafter and delivered the window to me two days later. He was reasonable, easy to work with, and is a very agreeable businessman. I will be using Katy West Glass for all my future window needs.

We had a broken 48"x72" outer pane on one of our vinyl double-pane windows. I called around to several different places (including my original window salesman, who could only offer to sell me an entire window) and Katy West Glass was by far the cheapest, as well as having the fastest turnaround time to get the glass made. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
Glenn
Had five double pane window seal failures. Mike and his team measured and ordered the replacements and once delivered installed in half a day. They do great work, are very neat and clean and Mike, the owner is old school hard working guy and had the best bid out there.
