Aimee, Dan and Jayden were extremely easy to work with. Expectations were given and met as informed. The installation went quickly and smoothly and they took care of everything. The cost was much more reasonable compared to other quotes. After several weeks, a stress crack appeared. I called Aimee and she immediately started the process to get the window replaced. No questions asked. I HIGHLY recommend Replacement Windows of Katy for any window needs!!!

RWOK replaced all of our windows last week. 44 total in TWO days!! We couldn't be happier with the entire experience: from quote with Aimee, to installation by John and his expert team. They were quick, efficient, professional and put everything back the way it was. Super happy with the way they made sure everything inside was protected (tarps and plastic). We did not find ONE piece of broken glass from the old ones. And the results looks fantastic! If you're looking to make the plunge to double panes modern window at a fair price in the West Houston / Katy area then I recommend you give them a call. This was one of the most stress free home update with a contractor we have ever had.

We had a wonderful experience with Replacement Windows of Katy. They were timely and professional. I really appreciated the home town small business touch. They answered every question and the windows were installed professionally. Our window installer, Jon, was awesome and took the time to trade baseball cards with our 8 year old baseball fan. I would highly recommend this family run business that works within our community.
