Adera Windows & Doors

I recently had Adera Windows install new windows in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. The installation was smooth, efficient, and left my home looking even better than I expected.

We are very happy with our new windows and doors. Gary helped us decide what was best for our home and helped with applying for Clean BC rebate. Colin, Ryan and Maks did a incredible job with installation and all trim work. All work was done with pride and our input . Will recommend to all friends and family.

We had an excellent experience with our window replacement from start to finish. Out of five companies that we originally contacted, they were the only ones that sent a quote back or even showed up to give a quote, which already spoke volumes about their professionalism. We were originally told installation would be in January, but they surprised us by getting it done a full month early. They also set the expectation that the job would take two full days, then showed up with a large, efficient crew and had everything completed within a day. The entire team was outstanding. Scott, Colin, Ethan, Jarrett H, and Jarret V were professional, hardworking, respectful of our home, and clearly took pride in their work. Communication was great throughout, and the quality of the install exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for window replacement - reliable, efficient, and truly exceptional service.

The decision to replace windows that still have 'functional' life left in them was neither easy nor quick for me. Garry and the team helped to educate and process the myriad options that would ultimately accomplish our goals and help us feel good about our decision. We actually feel GREAT about our decision to partner with Adera!! Not only is the product itself spectacular, but also the manner in which the planning and execution of the window install was truly exceptional. The installers showed up when expected and didn't leave a scrap unattended at the end of each day. For the scale of this project being as large as it was, we are more than impressed and, of course, we highly recommend working with Adera Windows & Doors!! A+A+A+

This is our second time using Adera Windows and Doors for a major replacement in our house. We were satisfied with the product and workmanship the first time, and the second time was a repeat performance. The 3-person crew arrived on time, clearly communicated what they were going to do and worked quickly and with minimum disruption to us or the rest of the house. Buying local was important to us and Adera has the manufacturer network to meet your requirements. In our case that included triple pane and low-e glazing. The old saying, you get what you pay for, is true!
