For the initial consultation, Sales Rep Jared arrived on time, answered all our questions and provided a detailed quote while still at our residence. Once we accepted the quote, Leo came and took exact measurements of our existing windows and doors to ensure the new products fit perfectly. Installation by Sergio and his crew was amazing to watch, so efficient.
We love the triple pane and the finish on the glass. We already noticed a big difference in the summer and now this winter with the AC/furnace not having to kick in as often.

The installers were professional and did a great job of cleaning up inside and outside after the work was done. The window seems to be good quality and the mechanism to open and close the window is smooth and easy to use.

André spent a great deal of time listening to our feedback and acting on itsuch a patient and professional person. Even my father, who usually finds something to complain about, was genuinely impressed by the quality of their work.
The installation took two days for eight windows. They easily could have finished in one, but they chose to take the extra time to perfect every detail.

The salesman (Connor) was great! The windows are well built. The installation date was earlier than initially estimated so that was amazing. They did a post installation follow up and completed some minor repair work afterwards. Very thorough company.
