The absolute worst quality and customer service EVER!!! Continuous problems with product since install. Windows and customer service is sub standard at best. Management and customer service is non responsive. Sub standard company at best.
Some of the best quality windows we have used as a home builder of 20 plus years in the business. Dropping All Weather Windows as a supplier and making the switch was the best decision we ever made. The sales rep TJ Robertson goes out of his way to ensure his clients are happy and everything is perfect no matter what. After service is amazing and a breath of fresh air compared to dealing with other window suppliers. As a great example, we had one piece of glass on a very expensive window order that came damaged on the inside pane (3 pane windows). The service team replaced it, but did not notice that there was a small scratch again on the inner pane on the replacement glass. TJ was all over this, and did what he had to do in order to get us a third piece of glass. He even went as far as to say if for any reason the powers that be did not replace it, he would just buy one and replace it for us. If that doesn't show how much a sales rep cares about his clients, I don't know what does! Thank you TJ and Westeck for keeping our homes awesome!
Loved working with Westeck and TJ at the Kelowna location. Amazing service and high quality product. We had a few questions and there were no issues with Westeck sending out the service team to touch up any discrepancies, they truly stand behind their product and we couldn't ask for better quality or service. Just wanted to give a shout out to Dakota and Dan for providing great customer service! Dakota has resolved numerous issues that needed attention after taking possession of our new home. Dakota goes above and beyond to ensure the adjustments are “done right”. Every time he has made a service call, he has a positive attitude and is very respectful of our home. Dan is also very attentive and helpful, they really make a great team to get the job done well and in a timely manner! We truly appreciate the time and effort this team offers to ensure customer satisfaction. Linda has also been great with scheduling so wanted to thank her as well.Update- that being said, after being in the house for 2 years, we still have scratches on multiple windows that have not been addressed so would be hesitant to use them again. We were told the scratches were between the two panels of glass so nothing could be done about it. Adhesive was also left on most of the interior window frames/sliding doors that we have tried to clean/remove using multiple products and will still not come off. The sliding doors are also very drafty- so not efficient in either summer nor winter. We’ve seen many other products and installs since then that are much better.
Our custom design-build homes feature Westeck windows and exterior doors. We have had good feedback from clients on the after care they have received for their homes.
