I hired M&M Home Exteriors to renovate my deck out of 5 companies that gave me quote's. I chose them not only because of the price quoted, but also because of how detailed Holly was when she came to look at my deck to give me the quote. The Project Manager John Oliviera was awesome. He was flexible when needed, detailed, and communicated well each stage of the job. I didn’t want a dumpster parked in my driveway the entire time, so John worked it out to ensure minimum time. The guys doing the work showed everyday at the same time and did a great job. They really did measure twice and cut once. They attended to every fine detail to ensure the deck was perfect. Upon completion, the PM walked with me to inspect the deck. The minor issues I had were addressed immediately. I highly recommend M&M Exterior. They are a 5 Star operation and I will use them for any future exterior home projects .

We renovated the exterior of a house built in 1950 near Decatur. M and M was picked after looking at several construction companies. Our first contact was with Bill the salesman for the company. He had been in construction for many years. He spent a lot of time walking us through the purchase of windows, siding, and paint.

Kent, the project manager then took over. The window replacement was first. The windows were so clear compared to the old one’s, it was like getting a new pair of glasses. Next came the Hardy Board. The crew ripped the old rotten wood off, rapped with house wrap, put on Hardy Board and then caulked everything. Next came the paint. They had a paint consultant that came and helped us with the colors. You may think you know the color you like but probably not. She asked many questions and showed us color chips as well as looking at houses in the neighborhood. I know I have left out a lot of names, but everyone was very professional with a great work ethic. They even worked on New Year’s Day.

We were very impressed with the work quality. Pricing was well within our budget. The interior of the house feels much warmer.

Very detailed work and my house looks brand new, Vitor walked us through the whole project with expertise and knowledge! Everything was cleaned up like they were never here. Amazing! My encounter with all personal from Jennifer, Kristen, John, Daniel, Ben and the crew were awesome. They answered all questions and attended to any concerns. I would definitely recommend M & M for all your decking needs.
