My first impression was when I called Insulation and Window Solutions. The phone is answered by Keith Martin, not some third party setting appointments for a mega company. His demeanor on the phone made me feel like I wanted what he had – truly. After Keith’s visit – it was crystal clear how good his estimate was. Called Keith back immediately and gave the go-ahead. I actually canceled every appointment set for other window companies to provide estimates. Save yourself from aggressive salesmen and make Keith the one call.A bit of history – ranch house built in 1978, purchased in 2016, started a major remodel the day we got the keys. All windows and doors needed replacing. Multiple existing windows had failed. I obtained five double-hung windows from Home Depot for an amazingly low price. They are decent but nothing near the quality of the high-end windows sold by Keith. I was amazed at his presentation, explanation, and demo window he carried. Keith even showed us an example of the window one of the other window companies (Champion) would try to sell or upgrade from with a huge increase in costs. His crew of two did an amazing installation job of nine windows in less than 4 hours. The very next morning after window installation, I was working in my home office where one of the new windows was installed. I noticed how QUIET it was. So much so that I could not even hear the road traffic and could faintly make out my neighbor’s rooster doing his normal obnoxious morning routine. I was so impressed by the windows, I even had Keith on a return visit take measurements on a set of newly installed triple Anderson wood windows in the master bedroom that I now want to replace with his incredible windows. I’ve already referred Keith to several of my close friends who will definitely become customers.
Keith is great! He is knowledgeable and honest. We reached out after buying a new house because we noticed moisture under a couple windows and thought it was the glass. Keith explained why the issue was not likely caused by glass, and that the most likely fix was to just reseal the existing windows, and it goes without saying that is a much cheaper fix that replacing a couple windows. He even took the time to explain to me how to seal the window properly. I appreciate Keith's honesty in the matter as he definitely could have sold me some brand new windows. I would recommend him to anyone looking for new windows for their home, and he will definitely be our go to guy when we do need new windows.

They professionally measured for the windows, gave a highly competitive lower cost quote, had the windows constructed locally in the Atlanta area and then did great job of installation. I highly recommend them. You will be more than satisfied.
