Great customer service- only complaint I have is they lack pre-installation instructions. The day before installation, I called to see if we need to take off blinds/curtains etc. During the phone call, I was not informed that my furniture and everything near the windows (mattresses, couches, blankets etc) will be exposed to metal shards if not covered by me. Had I known I would have properly covered all my furniture to avoid the mess. On day 2 of Install, I had my daughter cover her mattress with a blanket she didn’t care for. Other than that, they’re very good about addressing my concerns.

I had an excellent experience with this glass company. They were extremely patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. Communication was fast and consistent, and they responded quickly every time I had a question. The work was done efficiently and professionally. I’m very grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing glass or window repairs.
