Needed my backdoor window replaced. They were able to send someone over and get it fixed same day!
The owner is a disgusting human being. I was there picking up a window. There was a dog in the office. It was barking so he stomped into the room the dog was in, yanked its collar and dragged it though the office. Its front paws never touched the floor and I could hear the dog yelping in pain. When I wanted to report it I was told to never come back in. So, just know the owner is an animal abuser and do what you will with that information. I’ve been going there for years, I will never set foot in that store again.
Roundout Plate and Mirror has done a couple of jobs for us and it's been a great experience! Cheryl at the front desk is friendly and knowledgeable and im really happy with their work. I will be going back in the future.
Just discovered them. They did an excellent job on my window. Very nice people. Very professional.Highly recommended
The first few times I called, I spoke to a very nice gentleman who quoted me $35/sheet on the glass I wanted. I called back a week or two later, spoke to a very rude woman who quoted me $55 (after leaving me on hold for over 5 minutes). I called back a few days later, and the same woman told me $75. What kind of business is this?!?!P.s. When my coworkers and I stopped by in person to look at samples, I actually had to find the correct one myself, as the owner couldnt even locate it amongst his unorganized, soot-covered table. 0/10 don't even waste your time.
