Safelite is always super professional and friendly. They are great at making sure your fully informed of what is happening even before they arrive. The tech personally reached out to me to let me know his schedule and when he expects to arrive. He was early and reached out when on his way. When he arrived he explained the whole process. During the install he came across some information about the vehicle that was important for us to know unrelated to the install and he took the time to inform me about it. 11/10 recommend Safelite for any glass service!!

My 2018 Silverado developed a crack directly over the steering wheel. The crak grew to almost the entire windows width. We check our insurance and it was covered . So we contacted Safelite and scheduled an appointment in their garage since we had a major snowstorm and the outside temps were so low. I took the pickup in at 9AM. They had it fixed in under 2 hrs. Everything was perfect and I am pleased with the work. I would definitely use them again.
