Loewen Windows Kingston just finished installing windows and doors at our cottage. I was not familiar with them before this engagement. We requested a quote from them because they sell Northstar windows, which we also have at our house. The installation was extremely well done and we are very satisfied with the result. There were no surprises at all and no issues. The installers were prompt and courteous and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. The team of 3 worked well together and were very efficient and skilled. They took the time to get it done right. The interior trim and exterior caulking were very well done. Also, the salesman was very good, gave us good advice and our order was correct. Before the order was submitted, they sent out an installer who verified the measurements. Loewen was price competitive against 3 other quotes. Just prior to the installation date, we had to request a short delay due to personal reasons and Loewen was very supportive and scheduled the installation to our needs. I highly recommend Loewen Window Centre Kingston and would definitely hire them again. Everyone we dealt with was responsive, friendly and accommodating. We are very satisfied with the result.
