Not sure where to start, everything was so great its almost like waiting for a pin to drop. Sales with Blair was a good experience we learned a lot. We were really happy with a full Canadian solution. Installers were on-time, courteous and professional. It's nice to see companies do what they say there going to do, without any surprises. Gold Star team, thank you.

Loewen windows exceeded my expectations! The windows are absolutely beautiful and the quality is outstanding. The entire process was seamless from start to finish; everything was handled professionally and at a fair price. President Blair Smiley and his receptionist were a pleasure to work with. The installation team was friendly, professional and did excellent work. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Loewen windows to anyone considering new windows!

Booked an appointment for someone to come measure for windows, rushed for daycare dropoff to make sure I was home on time. Waited 40 min past the appointment time and called. They lost my number and address apparently, then asked if they could still come. Nope. Better organization needed for sure. What a waste of my time.
