Purchased patio french door thru Lowe's in December of 2024. 1st door arrived at Lowe's damaged 3 months later. It took 3 more months for 2nd door to arrive and it too is damaged. So SIX freaking months w no door and nothing but excuses. I specifically asked Lowe's Customer Service if they checked for damage before installer was scheduled and was told it was fine (lie). Wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing bc Home Depot utilizes other vendors. *Update...3rd door arrived damaged as well. I am trapped in a loop of incompetence.

Despite I showed him the paperwork and load was scheduled and broker was called. Nothing was successful with these guys. I have a lot to say about this place but it’s gonna be a long rant. Avoid this place. It’s just a mess.

Attention Carriers and Owner-Operators!

If you're picking up a loaded trailer for brokers like TQL for multi-stop deliveries and returning it to this location, do yourself a favor—refuse it and avoid the headache.

Most of the trailers here are old and equipped with recap tires. In high temperatures, these tires are prone to blowouts. Initially, the broker may assure you they'll handle any issues, but in reality, they’ll send you an open claim, making you responsible for the damage.

Bottom line: These trailers are already in poor condition, and you’ll be left covering the costs.

If you are delivering go to door 27. Fast unloading and the people were average but getting into the dock was terrible. Had to go to door 27. I guess they only unload from 1 door. So many trailers in the way made it difficult to bump the dock. Tried backing in from both directions and found blindsiding was actually a little easier due to how the empty trailers were placed in front. There is no room to turn around on the lot. You will end up doing figure 8’s with the driveways and the street. You must unhook and go park after you bump the dock. Problem is it’s hard to park near where you drop so you can’t see the red/green light. If you park too far they won’t come look for you with your paperwork.

I arrived late for my appointment, but they still worked me in. The parking lot is very tight, I recommend entering the 3rd entrance from us hwy 17.
