Glass Pro replaced a broken double pane triangle shaped window in our sunroom. It was a very quick process and they completely cleaned up the mess. The crew were very professional and polite. We would highly recommend this company for any glass needs.
Today I had the privilege of my first experience with glass pros. I was helping an elderly friend of mine with a window that got busted out and repairing it myself. I went to home Depot and Lowe's and then did also some checking around and nobody could beat their price for the glass I needed which included having it cut to size. I got to meet the office dog a black and white boxer and that was cool. I also met two office ladies named Joe and Morgan. Both were very good talkers and great listeners which worked out for me as I like to do both! They were friendly and polite and we talked about a number of issues unrelated to the glass that I was stopping by to have cut for the window I was repairing. The price for the glass and the experience was nothing but positive. I would recommend everyone to use this glass company over anyone in town hands down. They had the best prices and I definitely felt valued as a customer and as a person. Thank you Hayden for having a good group of folks who work under you including the men who cut the glass and were helpful in loading it into my car.
Use them! I had interactions with Morgan, Wesley, and Brad. They were all conscientious and did their best to make this a great experience. We have been remodeling and were finishing a workout/dance room with several full length mirrors.I was impressed with how easy it was to get a call or text back and they helped apply their experience to help us best plan out the room. Morgan and the office team did a great job of working on the best pricing, and Wesley was on the spot for measurements in such a timely manner that it allowed us to hit our deadline.Special kudus to the installer, Brad, who really came through with the best suggestions on how to position the mirrors and most impressively- he self reported a scratch on one of the mirrors and is making arrangements to replace it. It was all done with such a sincere focus on making things right and on making us happy. Well done- would use them again in a heartbeat!
Glass Pros has now done two projects for me, and we plan another. I've found everyone I've dealt with there to be efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, practical, prompt and reliable. The guys came up with an inexpensive fix for a long-term problem. They could have recommended an expensive replacement sliding glass door but, instead, cleaned, lubricated, and planed a bit and fixed the problem for far, far less. Wish I'd called them years ago.
I would never wish a broken cathedral double pane 175 pound window experience on anyone.A LOUD CRACK while you are sitting underneath it is "paneful" to experience as you imagine sharp shards of untempered glass falling and inflicting injury on your wife, your two pets and yourself. Thank goodness Glass Pros was recommended to me. I had previously had experience with two other glass installation companies and was not pleased with their slow response and appearance.When you first call Glass Pros you will experience a caring voice that comforts you into knowing that someone is there to answer, not just an answering machine, and is truly interested in listening to your concerns.Next, one of their experienced uniformed service personnel is scheduled to visit and consult with you to discuss with you your solution options.We selected the safety of tempered glass as one of our options.On installation day Larry, Curley and Moe did not show up. Instead, much to our relief, it was Brandon, Joe and Hayden. This is what we were paying for - qualified installers who cared about protecting our furniture and knowing what they were doing. They even mopped the floor when they were done to remove any trace that they had ever been there, but they can never erase in our minds the quality everyone at Glass Pros from first point of contact to their goodbye wave as they drove away.Thank you Glass Pros.
