One of the most laughable experiences my wife and I have ever had. The rep didn't know very much about doors. Probably educated on Windows but not on doors and then turned around and quoted us on two French entry doors off the porch. $47,000. Yes I said that right two French doors entry on porch . Our house is only a year and a half old and the contractor put cheap doors in so we wanted something better not $47, 000. We were stunned so we had Pella come over and they quoted us 16,200 so we went ahead and pulled the trigger on that. If you're buying from Anderson, you're paying way too much money. It's kind of like Kirby vacuum cleaners coming to your door and charging $3,500 for a vacuum cleaner. I just now renewal by Anderson is not the same as Andersen Windows for new construction completely different animal

The staff were helpful and patient. He gave us options on ways to pay for getting the doors and windows through out the house. The second appointment to go over the items we order to see if any changes were requested. As well as their patients in measuring the windows.Ed
We were very pleased with the job Anthony Gioia did for us. He spent time carefully measuring for our new windows and explaining the process by which they would be installed. He was very thorough and most helpful.
I was somewhat disappointed, thinking that the windows would have had less space around the frame about 3/4" on both sides and top. And their removal of the old windows was, well lets say they didn't take the care that I was expecting. As far as the finished look, not bad. It's just knowing what's behind the aluminum trim that's got me buged.
