I bought all of our windows for our new house from Texan Windows. From the beginning of the process Elena was extremely helpful, informative, and not to mention patient. I had many questions and she helped me understand the ins and outs of windows. The installation crew was also great. We have a metal barn, which is not their typical install and it posed a few issues compared to a stick frame house. However they were able to install the windows and they look great! There was a small issue, a window was installed in the wrong place, but they came and fixed it quickly with no hassle at all. Months later one of our windows broke (completely my own fault). Elena helped make the replacement process as painless as possible. Texan Windows has extremely competitive prices and second to none customer service. I could not recommend them more and will continue to use them for any future window needs.

He has been friendly, accommodating, and helpful, and he even takes his shoes off in our house to adhere to our traditions. It might not seem like much, but my mom has been greatly overwhelmed by the repairs and replacements she needed for the first home she bought, and many of the contractors from other companies did not help at all with their attitude about these fixes. It means the world to me to see how friendly Ivan has been and how selflessly he has worked to ensure that my mother has nothing to stress about. They left our house clean, put together, and finished in a timely manner. Our house is older and was harder than most. They never complained OR charged extra! The greatest part is they are a local owned company! Not a franchise! We would r recommend them to anyone!
TW has supplied windows for two of our projects. Both have been very smooth and the customer service has been great. I see some neg reviews during covid but it seems that's been sorted. Elena has been great getting us quotes and making sure our orders are filled. The warehouse crew we met were great and gladly got us loaded up. Our customers are happy with the new windows!
