I've done at least 5 vehicles with John and the Tints never bubble. Great work

Well… congratulations. You just lost a long-time customer.

I drove all the way from Nashville (20 minutes of my life I’ll never get back) because I didn’t have the phone number and didn’t know your hours. I pull up, thinking maybe I’ll be greeted like a valued customer. Instead, out comes a lady—with a baby in her arms, no less—yelling like I just broke into Fort Knox:

“HEY! HEY! CAN’T YOU READ THE SIGN?! WE’RE CLOSED! ONLY OPEN M-F! READ THE SIGN! YOU NEED TO LEAVE!”

Oh, my bad—I didn’t realize showing up at a CLOSED business was such a personal attack on your entire family. Next time, maybe just say, “Sorry, we’re closed, we’ll be back Monday.” Crazy concept, I know.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but trust me when I say: there are plenty of tint shops that will happily take my money without screaming at me like I just trespassed on Area 51.

This was the last time I’ll ever waste gas driving to this place.

Josh Parker on John's Window Tint

Used John multiple times. The last time the job was just done very poorly. Bubbles in the tint, hairs from a rag tinted into the window, razorblade left in my passenger seat, adhesive sprayed all over my leather seats and interior. I cleaned the car myself, but I obviously cannot fix the poor tint job. Reached out to John several times requesting it to be fixed and was dismissed and ignored. Was told "it needs to sit in the sun to dry". That will not get a hair tinted into my window out. It will not correct dime size air bubbles in the tint. It was just poorly done and then I was treated like he did not care and could not be bothered to fix it. Spend the extra $$$ to take it to someone who cares about the quality of their work and customer service. I will now be spending an extra $100 to have the tint that was done incorrectly removed, then paying another shop to do it correctly. Car was left filthy after the tint work was completed. Would not have posted this terrible review if John had made one bit of effort to make this right, but he did not care. I've included pictures of the "quality" work we received with my review.

John does a great job , this is my third vehicle he worked on , and it turned out better than I thought it would ... I would highly recommend John for your window tint job ... 5 stars all the way ...

The shop handles most passenger vehicles, including cars, trucks, SUVs, and vans. If you have specialty glass or aftermarket accessories near the windows, calling ahead can help confirm fit and timing.

Most standard vehicles can be completed the same day during weekday hours. Timing can vary by the number of windows, film selection, and current schedule, so it’s best to call ahead.

Shades are typically offered in several visible light transmission levels. Staff can discuss options that align with Tennessee tint regulations and your comfort and style preferences.

Avoid rolling down windows and cleaning the interior glass until the film cures. Use a soft cloth and ammonia-free cleaner to maintain clarity once curing is complete.

Yes, film removal and replacement are available. Removal time depends on the age and condition of the existing film and adhesive.
