From estimate to install….excellent customer service. We were very pleased to get an estimate appointment, a quote and then an install…from start to finish, in less than 30 days. Everyone was professional, responsive and friendly. Very pleased with our experience and the work performed by TSD.
What a transformation! We had Tennessee Shower Doors come out and gave us a quote for installing frameless glass on our shower. They were able to move the glass placement out from the existing glass placement making the shower walls roomier. We also had them install taller glass than the existing glass, all of which made a great looking shower! They were all very professional and we couldn’t have asked for a better result. I posted before and after photos, and I would highly recommend Tennessee Shower Doors to anyone!
Tennessee Shower Doors came in with the lowest quote and the initial estimator was great, however their installers ended up damaging both the tile on the shower door hinge and knocking a chunk off of my marble threshold. I realize this was called out as a potential risk in their contract that I signed (relieving them of liability), but still disappointing.Update - After a couple of weeks the shower door began to sag and was hitting the side glass panel. I will give the company credit in that they quickly came back out to readjust the door and correct this issue.
